Royal Jordanian add frequency at Malpensa

Royal Jordanian has increased the number of flights from Milan Malpensa Airport from two to three a week to meet increased passenger demand on travel via its route network.

Royal Jordanian will now operate on Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays using Airbus A321 aircraft.

The airline is increasing the number of seats offered during weekdays, in addition to providing more choices and flexibility in the flights schedule, to meet passengers’ needs.

The increase in schedule frequency is due to the growing movement of businessmen and tourists between Jordan and Italy. The decision to increase the number of flights between the kingdom and Milan helps boost bilateral trade and economic activities, facilitates the traffic of citizens of these countries and enhances cooperation between them in various fields.

In 2009, Royal Jordanian significantly increased the frequency of its flights to 60 per day. The increase was reflected on the number of flights to several destinations, such as Beirut, from three to four daily; Dubai, from two to three, as well as increased frequencies to Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Aleppo, Kuwait, Riyadh, Dammam, Bahrain, Aden and Istanbul.

Royal Jordanian serves a network of 56 international destinations with direct, non-stop flights from Amman, and gives passengers access to more than 700 cities through its membership in the oneworld global airline alliance with one stop from Amman.
