Alitalia, AirOne and Baboo have expanded their marketing network with a new code-share agreement between Milan Malpensa Airport and Geneva.
The new code share agreement between the Italian airlines and Swiss airline Baboo, strengthens the route between Malpensa and Geneva with additional frequencies.
The agreement also includes a future code-share on the Milan Malpensa – Marseille route operated by Baboo.
Baboo (formerly known as flybaboo) has been around since 2003, operating regional services from its base in Geneva. Having originally operated Q300s and Q400s, the airline’s current fleet consists of three Embraer E190s and two Q400s.
Code-sharing between airlines is designed to make booking flights more convenient for passengers, as well as to add revenue for partner airlines.
